I was contacted out of the blue by Eileen, whose group 'Quilt Together' over in Shepshed has been busy making some of the nicest Linus quilts I've had. They are all so child-friendly, with images of animals, ballerinas, princesses, moons and stars, dinosaurs, cats, guitars - you name anything a child would like, and it's there! And all the borders and sashings are so bright and cheerful! Fantastic!

This one is a kind of I-Spy quilt, with lots of interesting images and colours.
This one is perfect for a baby or toddler, with moons, stars and clouds on it.
This one has been made from a panel, but the lovely bright border sets it off perfectly.
This quilt shows how a comparatively small amount of a focus fabric (in this case ballerinas) can be used to great effect.
I know I'm a sucker for lime green, but this quilt would cheer anyone up!
More ballerinas, this time with four-patches.
Disney princesses, bulked out with a variety of toning squares, then set in a kind of Chinese coin arrangement.
The bright yellow fabric with cats on it makes this quilt so appealing.
The stars in the centre of the quilt are lovely, but the borders of dinosaur fabric lift the quilt into a class of its own!
And last, but not least, this quilt which would be ideal for a boy, has images of guitars, fish and sports, amongst other things!
Thank you so much for these quilts ladies (and the fabric donation) and I'll look forward to meeting you all soon.
